Quarantine 2020
Thought checking in would be good as I do want to use this blog more. Currently the UK is in a lockdown because of the Coronavirus, so we are all isolating, social distancing etc etc. You know this but for future reference...
To keep busy I have university work which they expect us to do to a great standard despite the situation. Online learning should be fun with teachers who can't differentiate between restart, sleep and shut down because you can do it all from one button... I have personally deferred a lot of my work so I have more time to do it without having a major breakdown, because so far my minor ones have been hard enough {internal crying}.
It's a good time to get creative though. I have been drawing, despite being absolute shite at it. It's a good way to get better at something? I've been doing my normal dog walks too but less so as my family are here to do it too now. I have also cleaned my room so much there is nothing to clean anymore...I also did this because I have put off an essay on English heritage for an entire month. I have found new music, actually watched some netflix and am writing on this blog. I also think I speak for everyone when I say my sleep routine is totally whack now. The earliest I go to bed is midnight, and the latest is 4am. I don't like getting up at midday but apparently that is the new normal now.
All this being said, I am grateful to have my health and for the sacrifices everyone is making. I don't even want to try and talk about the NHS and people losing their lives because I don't think I can express myself properly...I also saw people saying if you voted a certain way {specifically Conservative} then you 'cannot support the NHS'. I just want to say, we can't 'be in this together' if you make people outcasts based on their political views. Most people do not vote based on one thing. If you voted the Monster Raving Loony Party you're still allowed to support the NHS.
Thank you all key workers xxxxx
