Easiest vegan breakfast
I do this breakfast all the time as it's healthy, easy to make and also the only thing in my household that I can have as a traditional breakfast food, as the only cereals I can eat are fruit and fibre, which I don't really want that much. I prefer oats because I can also keep them in the fridge, prepared, overnight which is really helpful as I leave the house for college at 7:15am for 9am.
One of my favourite oats to do is cacao, blueberry and banana flavoured porridge. I use a lot of powders in my oats as it gives me nutrients I may lack throughout the day. I also take supplements of B12 and a combined pill of magnesium, calcium and zinc...I only really do this because my mum worries I might die from being a vegan (lol) but I think they are beneficial to me (although they do turn my wee neon yellow).
I like to use more oats than plant milk as I can always add more and I really hate watery oats. I use soy, almond, cashew or oat milk, whatever is there really. I just use normal oats with obviously not interference from dairy companies etc. I mix this and heat it in the microwave and then I can stir in my powders. I use spirulina powder to help my B vitamins, hemp protein powder because it provides protein and also relaxes my mum as I said before (haha) and for these specific oats I like to add cacao powder, which is basically going to make them taste like chocolate. I really love to add bananas to my oats and I often microwave the porridge with the chopped banana in. I also love to add frozen blueberries as I find it makes a really nice temperature contrast, although it will make it go cold quicker so you have to eat it asap. I often add jam to my porridge but I usually find this is sweet enough.

I also like to make cinnamon and apple oats, which are the ones I tend to do overnight to soften the apples. I like to prepare the oats the same, minus the cacao powder, and the apples are chopped and put in overnight. I then usually add jam and sprinkle cinnamon over the top and that also makes a really nice quick breakfast.
